Volk City is the upper, open area in the Kingdom of Volk. The majority of war takes place here, with the destruction of many structures, buildings, and statues with civilians running desperately for shelter. This area also appears as one of the main areas in Klonoa Heroes.
Lunatea's Veil
After spying on Leorina in her attempt to create a fake ring in Volk Hall, Klonoa and his friends set out to deactivate the generators around Volk: one in the City, the other in the Underground Factory. On Klonoa's second visit to Volk City (which is renamed Volkan Inferno), he is chased down by an enrgaed Biskarsh throughout the majority of the level.
Klonoa Heroes
Volk City makes a reappearance, inhabited by the Volkies, a society of war-mongers who feel that only might makes right. Klonoa, Guntz, and Pango must navigate through this labyrinthian city in order to put an end to the disturbance, and investigate a covert agenda about nightmares and the moon.
